Nanowrimo Day 3!

Well, Day 3 of Nano is coming to a close, and my word count has hit 6,189, with today's count at 2,136 words.

I went to a write-in outside of Lancaster today and met a few people who were doing Nano as well in the area. The camaraderie was awesome, and it was a great experience!

Locally, I joined a group of beta readers I met with them for the first time tonight. They gave me some feedback on my opening chapter, and some direction.

I am hoping to wrap up my current draft during Nanowrimo, and use December to tighten up the story.

I am still trying to publish by the end of December, but depending on my typing speed and with the holidays, we shall see!
